Caro, Monroe & Liang is a professional corporation established in 1981 for the general practice of Architecture and Urban Planning.

The founding principals have each practiced architecture on the Virginia Peninsula for over thirty years. They bring to the firm varied educational and experienced backgrounds which complement and reinforce sound design and production teams.

Each principal shares design and project management responsibilities in order to provide continuity to each project. They recognize the necessity of precise planning with its attendant research and programming approach to architectural design.
